How Diet Impacts Longevity

Ask a dozen longevity researchers what to eat and you'll get a dozen slightly different answers about the details — but remarkable agreement on the broad strokes. Why diet moves the needle so much

Food affects almost every system involved in aging: blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, and the health of your gut microbiome.
